The Challenge Baby Limus Pro features a unique tread pattern: the aggressive Y-shaped side knobs are borrowed directly from the legendary Limus for incredible cornering bite, while the center section utilizes lower-profile, closely spaced knobs. This hybrid design allows you to carry massive speed on the straights while remaining glued to the off-camber sections of the course. Hand-built on a 300 TPI SuperPoly casing, this tire offers the legendary "supple" ride that only a true tubular can provide.

• Hybrid Tread Geometry: The center knobs are high enough to provide traction on wet grass and light mud, but low enough to prevent "squirm" on hard-pack sections, giving you a predictable feel across changing terrain.

• 300 TPI SuperPoly Casing: The high thread count creates a casing that is incredibly flexible, allowing the tire to "wrap" around roots and stones. This increases the contact patch and provides a plush ride that reduces rider fatigue.

• PPS (Puncture Protection Strip): Integrated between the tread and the casing is a high-density fabric layer that helps protect against punctures from thorns and flint without compromising the tire’s suppleness.

• Natural Rubber Tread: Unlike vulcanized tires, Challenge uses a handmade process that preserves the properties of the natural rubber. This results in a "tackier" grip in cold and wet conditions, precisely when you need it most.
