We strive for precision. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site. However, we do not guarantee that the colour, information, or other content of the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of error.

Alegro’s Commitment to Expertise: Our "Alegro Expert Notes" are provided as a service to help you select the best equipment for your needs. While we aim for clarity and accuracy in these notes, they remain our expert opinion and are subject to change based on new engineering developments.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

A. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

B. Pricing Accuracy

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

C. Final Assembly of Bicycles

Customers purchasing complete bicycles acknowledge and agree that the bicycle will be shipped in a partially disassembled state for safety. You are responsible for final assembly and safety checks, and we strongly recommend having this process completed by a certified professional mechanic to ensure peak performance and your safety (See Shipping Policy).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published and made available on our site—including images, text, logos, and the name "Alegro Cycles"—is the property of Alegro Cycles and protected by copyright law. You may not use our intellectual property without our permission.

6. Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

A. Performance and Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Cycling is an inherently dangerous activity. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service, and any products purchased through the service, is at your sole risk.

Alegro Cycles is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from us, including but not limited to improper installation, assembly, or maintenance of bicycles and components.

B. Manufacturer Warranties

All new bicycles and components are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. Alegro Cycles does not offer a warranty beyond the standard manufacturer's terms. Please refer to the specific manufacturer's documentation for warranty details.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
