  • Wireless AXS Connectivity: Eliminate cables and housing entirely. Using Sram’s proprietary wireless protocol, the X01 AXS offers a cleaner cockpit and faster, more reliable gear changes than any mechanical system.

  • Overload Clutch Protection: Engineered to protect the derailleur’s motor in the event of an impact. The Overload Clutch disengages the derailleur on impact, allowing it to move out of harm's way before instantly returning to its position for seamless shifting.

  • Increased Ground Clearance: The AXS cage is 10mm shorter than mechanical Eagle derailleurs, providing significantly more ground clearance and reducing the risk of catching on rocks, roots, or trail debris.

  • Enhanced Chain Wrap: The updated architecture provides more chain wrap on the cassette, improving shifting performance and increasing the longevity of both the chain and the cogs.

  • X-HORIZON™ Technology: The "straight parallelogram" design limits all movement to the horizontal axis, which makes ghost shifting impossible while also reducing shift force.

  • Cage Lock™: A simple button locks the cage in place for easy wheel removal and chain installation. A hallmark of Sram's user-focused design.
