ENVE wheels are designed to precise bead seat diameters, and the thickness of this tape is calculated into that measurement. Using the correct width is vital; it ensures edge-to-edge coverage of the rim bed, preventing sealant from creeping under the tape and pressurizing the rim cavity. A must for protecting your investment and ensuring your warranty remains valid.
